Well my friends, it's day 1 and we're taking full advantage of this farm we live on and doing some exploring/taking daily walks. (See video below)
Yesterday we went for a walk after I got off work and to get some fresh air and clear our brains. I think that's going to become a daily practice because woohoo man my brain is swimming and tired by the end of the day. These walks are nothing spectacular but they are spectacular for our mental health which is just as important as our physical health.
We took our sweet puppy with us on our walk because, well, he comes with us everywhere when we're outside. Anyways his favorite thing to do when it gets warmer is get in our ponds and lake to get a drink. No he can't just bend his head down and get a drink he has to get ALL. THE. WAY. IN. Like yesterday he got in the water! It was chilly out and he got in! I mean not all the way in over his head but at least his legs and belly! Anyways when it's that cold swimming is not advised.
We checked out our blooming trees and flowers, fed our animals and hung out in our living room playing chess :). Y'all don't go stir crazy here. Try to keep it interesting, do things you normally wouldn't, out your real clothes on and cook some delicious meals, my friends!

This is my favorite cat - she has allergies but loves people and her food. She's scrappy and sweet.. just my kinda lady.
